Wade Belak Memorial Charity Drive| PuckScene

Our talented friend patten Fuqua at Puck Scene has come up with a way for all Predator fans to honor the memory of Wade Belak. For those that might not be aware, one of Wade's daughters has Tourette's Syndrome. Wade was scheduled to participate in the Canadian show Battle of the Blades and his chosen charity to represent was the Tourette Syndrome Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital.

Patten's idea is to have anyone that desires to make a $3 donation in honor of Wade ($3 to represent his sweater number). The goal is to raise $3,333 and make the donation as a memorial to Wade.

My guess is that $3,333 will be easily surpassed by the Predator faithful.

You can go here to read about the the charity as well as to make your donation.

Once again, I know the Predator nation will positively surprise the hockey world and in the process, honor  a beloved individual that departed too soon.
